William Rivera

Bill has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration on Exercise Science and Athletic Training from Bridgewater State (College) University.  During his academic career, Bill trained as a fitness instructor for Old Colony YMCA in East Bridgewater and interned with the Strength and Conditioning program for the Department of Athletics at Harvard University.  Upon completion of his studies, he has worked as a  personal/fitness trainer and manager for a variety of fitness clubs, medical based wellness/fitness centers, physical therapy clinics and in the private fitness studio setting.  In addition to conducting personal training sessions and numerous fitness classes for adults and children, Bill has been responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness department, and hiring and training fitness staff members.
